It was a pleasure living here for 3 years. I loved both of my units. They were clean, upgraded, and I had very few, if any, maintenance issues during my entire time here. Great location close to everything. I miss living at a property with fantastic 5 star management. The community was always up-kept and things were alway being upgraded. Katherine was a wonderful property manager! I miss Gardens of Pinecrest!
I lived at gardens of Pinecrest for 3 years. It was a great place to rent! Unlike most landlords In miami, the full time staff at the gardens was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. If I did have an issue with anything in the apartment (which was rare), I would text the property manager and it would usually be fixed the same day. The buildings are a little older, but the peace of mind you get more than makes up for it. Amazing place to live! The staff is very responsive and attentive and the complex is very quiet and pleasant.
