I lived at gardens of Pinecrest for 3 years. It was a great place to rent! Unlike most landlords In miami, the full time staff at the gardens was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. If I did have an issue with anything in the apartment (which was rare), I would text the property manager and it would usually be fixed the same day. The buildings are a little older, but the peace of mind you get more than makes up for it.
