Verified Renter Gardens of Denton is hands-down the most professionally and efficiently run property in Denton. As a property manager myself, I am extremely impressed with the office and maintenance staff.
Stay Away at all Costs Apartment complex is horribly maintained and the apartments are incredibly cheap. Thoughts on the property are as follows -First the property has a gate but it hasn’t worked in well over a year and there has not been any visible movement on getting it fixed. -Second at least half of the street lighting/lampposts are out and have been for a long time. -Third not enough parking spaces they clearly want you to spend extra it reserve your own spot.
