My daughter lives here with her 2 kids and I feel they aren't safe! homeless people hanging around and police getting called out for disturbances. I've been to visit her multiple times and there is always unsupervised kids running around at all hours, trash and food all over stair wells, loud music, door slamming, yelling and pkgs have been stolen at her front door. disrespectful kids run wild with zero adult supervision, cops won't do anything office won't do anything. there's a drug dealer in every building and no matter where you're at on the grounds you'll probably smell pot. wanna be gang bangers all over the place. and the apartments have changed workers more than these kids change clothes.
My apartment 436 has Black Mold in it. I went to the office TWICE spoke with the manager about the issue stating I have been sick and showed paperwork from the mold company I paid out of pocket for them to come out and do a air test. it showed high levels of black mold (the most dangerous mold u can have) inside my apartment. I wudnt recommend this complex to NOBODY. All they care about is themselves and money. They dont care about their residents now I got to move because me n my girls cant live n that black mold. RecommendedWe love living here. Mostly quite. Especially in our building. The management is nice and easy to talk to. The complex is nice as well.
the previous property manager stole thousands of dollars from tenants, also made up fake lease contracts and forged sigantures. the current property manager does things illegally, is mean and hateful even when you pay rent on time and dont cause issues. Also talks to people about you, which goes against the HIPPA laws. I strongly urge people to not rent from any properties that Miller Valentine owns.
