Anyone else get a notice to vacate in less than 3 days over fees they've already paid? Been trying to call the office during their hours most the afternoon, no answer, voicemail box full. Also went to the office and no one there, lights off and locked up, during office hours. Unacceptable.

If you love your loved one, do not allow them to live in this place! It’s awful!!!! Residence is not sanitary! See my moms experience below!!! My mother is a resident at walnut ridge unit #59. I am very concerned in regard to my mother’s well being! My mother has had bed bugs in her apartment twice. She had them in 2019 we had to throw away a mattress that costs over $1000 in total over $2000+ to get rid of the bed bugs! I was at this complex since it's beginning. Finally moved out. I've been through 5-6 property managers in those years. Had nothing but AC issues since my first year there. I have NUMEROUS lists of the many times we called to get things serviced just to keep getting the run around. AC leak damaged the floor. From the first year we moved in the seal on the door wasn't good and it rained which made the water come I side which ruined the floor even though we had told them about it they never came to repair it. This place is awful! Lived here two years its gone down hill we have had 5 office managers! They don't take care of your needs at all! The pool is always dirty the trash cans outside are over flowing' we have no Maintence people to clean anything. The grass needs to be mowed I don't recommend this place to anyone especially with kids! Horrible management they are either never in the office or they never pick up the phone, you can't leave a voice mail because its full.
