I think Miss Maria helped us with our whole move-in process. Everything was pretty smooth. We paid our application fees, which were $50 and then we had to pay our deposit which was 250 and then an additional $75 admin fee now on first approach the outside of the apartments do look a little bit raggedy, but the inside of the apartments are very decent and well kept maintenance is a 10 out of 10 when it comes to submitting request and getting things done, this is more of a community than anything. Muy sastifecho por el servicio y la atención recibida, por Gissele la chica de leasing y maria manager de esta oficina de apartamentos.
I've lived here 11yrs with 2 children and with very little to no downsides. The office manager Maria, has always taken care of problems that arise. I'm close to the bus stop, freeways, walking distance to grocery stores and Houstons major events. I know the other neighbors that last as long as I have. I'm glad I live here.
