DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY DON'T! Practice was aware that patient was in crisis and despite this knowledge the therapist, Laura Morris, canceled therapy for the second time in a row. Borders on malpractice. Clearly they don't care about the mental health of their patients.
FIX TELEHEALTH! If the "Courtesy reminder says in person, that's not the patients fault! It's your system. And please attach the link. Non of this nonsense about all previous link work. How far back in my email am I supposed to look for an old link? Gardenia Cove has been helping me for more than 4 year. I started therapy in telehealth. Never has the system been this crossed up!
I was 15 minutes late to my virtual appointment, didn't get to see my psychiatrist and was told I would be charged a $100 no show fee. I understand a late fee, but $100 for a no show? I showed. I was just late. Honestly, not giving grace at a psychiatric clinic is crazy. They won't get another dime out of me.
Living in an active, violent situation I missed an appointment. When I got stable later that day, I called to reschedule-only to be told they wouldn’t see me until I paid a $350 no show fee (which I never filled out paperwork for these people, acknowledged or knew about, much less agreed to said policy), they couldn’t reschedule me.
