The office staff is horrible! They are very unprofessional and uneducated. They make up excuses and they make up lies from what they send in text messages. Gardenia Cove lost a patient today after 7 years because the front office did not wanted to help out a patient. The providers are great but they are hiring people off the streets that can’t speak English or got marbles in their mouth.
I have been seeing them for years and I love them. They are fast but they don’t rush you! The vibes are very good and calm. I know I would be lost without them. And the stickers the girls give me at my visit are just so cute and brighten my day. Adults like that stuff too
Dr Edmonds is the greatest. He listens and is thoughtful in prescribing medication
Have been going there for years, always nice and very helpful
I had to cancel an appointment because my mother passed away and they will not let me schedule a new appointment without paying 100$ cancelation fee. Like I had a choice.
