I absolutely love my therapist Isaac Moore does a fantastic job. He listens to me as I speak out my feelings. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a therapist.
If you are looking for a great therapist Issac Moore is your guy he has helped me work through and put so much into perspective!!
I had my first appointment today with Ms. Odelia Williams and I would highly recommend her to anyone! I was nervous to see a new therapist but she was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I came away from the appointment with a plan and I’m excited to follow up with her!
This is an unfortunate situation. I love all 3 of my doctors and they have been so good to me. Ive been going there for about a year. I tried to call to cancel an appointment for tomorrow and they informed me that it would be a $100 charge for a late cancelation. I asked if I could reschedule because $100 is just way too much money. And they said no, if I changed the date then I would be charged the $100 as well. I felt shocked, trapped, and betrayed. When my child got sick over the weekend I had to cancel my therapy appointment first thing the morning of. Their response was to tell me to give them 100 bucks. I understand a missed appointment fee but 100 bucks is ridiculous. I’m glad Dr Rutland left cause he was too good for that place. I do not trust these people to worry about anything but money.
