Ineffective therapists. Wasted several years there trying to get help. They only care about money which with their many ridiculous policies they will be sure to make.

Gardenia Cove got my referral from the VA and reached out to confirm a name change and then never scheduled an appointment for me. Previously I was dropped from them as a client for therapy due to insurance. I had previously gone back for medication and they filled the script incorrectly and at the wrong pharmacy.

So beyond frustrated with Gardenia Cove!!! My husband and I regularly saw a therapist here and in the beginning that went well enough. There were several cancelled appointments during the year that we saw our therapist, but we understand that things come up. In October, we were called on the day of our appointment to be informed that our therapist wasn’t taking patients for the rest of the year and that we’d have to schedule with someone else. Ok, fine. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing Liane Towle, PMHNP for the last year. She is patient, kind, and listens attentively. Shes also great with scheduling, promptness with meetings, and truly strives to help her patients feel better. Thanks for all of your help, Liane!
