Ana is the best! I’ve been meeting with her for years now, and have never had so much progress and connection to myself. She is skilled in EMDR, IFS (parts work), EFT, and working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Ana leads with compassion, honesty, and humor (when appropriate). I can’t recommend her enough!
