The front desk receptionist is always rude and harsh. I kept going because the doctor is good. Today I came to get to an appointment and the doors were locked in the middle of the work day and no one would let me in. I’m here 20 minutes before my appointment and there are multiple people standing behind me to wait to get in. The doors being locked in the middle of a work day makes no sense.
