Very good service and very clean and they take good care of you!
legal drug dealer. write things that cause you to have a reaction. even when you tell them that. running a fever during covid 19 of 102.2 but they still want you in there. I will do everything in my power to have this place shut down. it's for the junkies not folks who do right.
For 3 yrs. I suffered from chronic pain, and drs telling me it was all in my head. Dr. Tubbs took me in and took his time with me. Afterwards I finally had am answer about my pain and all. Guarantee you will not find a better Dr or staff. love this man like a brother!
I love Dr Tubbs he is down to earth and he knows his business and doesn’t mess around very good at what he does and his staff are wonderful people
Everyone there is always glad to take care of you. Friendly! Dr.Tubbs is always there for you. I am interested in spinal stimulation. I have so many allergies to meds.

I appreciate Dr. Tubbs and his staff. I've was one of the chronically debilitating patients who was tossed to the wolves during this era where Clinics were getting shut down, patients got tossed around, no meds or help being given for months. Gardendale took me in and I was a total mess. I first appreciated the small notes of having faith to get well on the walls, the prayer note box in the lobby ,to recieving a hug from Doc. telling me its gonna be ok.
