An obnoxious clubhouse party disturbed the surrounding area for over 3 hours on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Constant loud music and yelling could be heard 100 yards away until after 8 PM. The complex usually doesn't cause problems except for aftermarket exhaust noise. Management, please constrain your tenants or limit their visitors if this could become a regular thing.
This place (Gardenbrook apartments and Cambridge Real Estate Services) took my entire $1200 deposit and sent me a $2200 bill when I moved out because I ended my lease 3 months early. Part of that is months of utilities, which I paid through Cambridge’s online portal, so I no longer have any access to those records. When I moved in everything was dirty, inside and out.
