This place (Gardenbrook apartments and Cambridge Real Estate Services) took my entire $1200 deposit and sent me a $2200 bill when I moved out because I ended my lease 3 months early. Part of that is months of utilities, which I paid through Cambridge’s online portal, so I no longer have any access to those records. When I moved in everything was dirty, inside and out. I live there from 2015 to 2020 with my partner and we liked it for the most part other then it was small. My partner moved back in over there after we separated I am guessing that they are happy now.
The laundry room and garbage cans are always dirty, the water heater broke and hasn’t been fixed for months so we had to fix it ourselves, and rent just increased. Do not rent. Your apartment amenities WILL break and management will not be responsive.
