Maintenance is really bad. Kids running up and downstairs in 2 bedroom place. Crack on the bottom in front door.....bedroom door is off balance and makes noise

The tenants at this complex. and others that are managed by Cambridge Real Estate Services NOW FORCE YOU TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE PAYMENTS FROM SOCIAL SECURITY. I have been FORCED to pay a late fee, and was told that it's my problem and still responsible for the rent. I am DISABLED, 65 years old and ON SOCIAL SECURITY. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. When I moved into Gardenbrook Apartments, I had just moved from Milepost 5 which was a lot worse, but the same problems. I am a senior on social security and they raised the rent so much over two years I could no longer afford to live there. Which was a blessing as they have severe mold, a lot of addicts and mentally ill people residing there who have subsdized housing. But when they came for the inspection before I leave they said to me thank you.
