I decided to move because I wanted to live close to work. I was looking for a realtor that was an expert in the south Bay area. I chose Eric because he was highly recommended by my friend. I value that Eric is great in communication, he kept me informed of the full process during the purchase of my home. Eric dealt with all aspects of my home purchase (termite inspection, home inspection, house recommendations, etc...). I highly recommend Eric, he's an amazing Realtor!!!

Eric made the sell of our home so smooth and easy. Eric was always available to answer questions and he didn't have the answer, he would get it and get back to us ASAP. I would use Eric again if needed. He was the best thing that happened to us in this crazy mess.

Eric knows his business and is a total professional. He sold my grandparent's house in probate super fast and hassle free. I live out of state and everything was taken care of for me. Highly recommended.
