The staff is friendly, professional and caring.
This is a wonderful location. They are super nice and helpful. You actually get the help you need. The individual care and attention to help you with physical therapy. You do deal with different people but that’s is why you speak up and ask if you need help. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and to have someone show you how to do things. Love how they operate other physical therapy places should operate this way.
My name is Demica Castillo and I gave gardena physical therapy a 5 star when they are more than that. First of all the place is welcoming due to the front desk staff Ana, then management Jamie. They always greet you with a smile and asking you throughout your visit if there is something they can do for you. This place is very clean for the most part, you don’t see anyone ever cleaning anything but it’s clean for the most part. What I didn’t like about this place is how many different ppl you’re working with. You have ppl floating with multiple different patients and you don’t get the quality service you need. I barely got help with any of my work outs, they didn’t even do the full work outs, found out six weeks in they forgot my electrical therapy which was the only thing I was looking forward too. We love Gerard! His massage is strong and effective, exactly what we need after long days on our feet. He always finds the right spots and really helps release tension. Super professional, kind, and attentive—he makes every session comfortable and worthwhile. The best physical therapist.
