So close to the freeways which is a great feature for travel. Gated community which controlled access is nice. Pool is small and peaceful. I like a small community which this is. I feel like neighbors watch out for each other in smaller apartment communities. Nice size apartment. The one bedroom is 700 sf which a good size.
I enjoy being just a few blocks from Van Ness Center and Matthews Center for groceries and quick errands. The freeways are nearby, which helps for work commutes across town. Surveillance cameras and gated parking feel like a real bonus for peace of mind.
I love the gated entry and controlled-access feature which makes me feel secure.
