RUN AWAY Do not trust this management company, added bills not in our lease, spotty maintenance, never plowed in the winter (snowed in for a week straight in 2022) and generally not good value compared to the numerous new builds in town. Should've known better when they no-call no-showed our tour. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
Go somewhere else This building looks nice on the outside, but the halls are gross and seemingly never cleaned. It smells like someone smokes weed all the time in this building and it permeates everywhere. The parking lot doesn't have enough spots for all the tenants, and when it rains you have to walk through ankle deep water in places, especially near the mailboxes, so have fun getting mail at those times. Management is nice but dogs bark constantly The manager is really nice, and the apartments look very nice inside and out, but dogs bark constantly and nothing is ever done.
Great place to live Well managed apartments that are new, quiet, and clean with a good location to get on Minnesota Ave. and has Walmart near by too.
