Went on Sunday to plan my Dad funeral Mike could not get everything together right and told us Dad saying would be up on their website on Monday low and behold not there

Don't go here folks. Working with Garden View was an absolute nightmare and I'm so thankful my time there is over. My one request to Garden View was that the service not end until two of my husband's original songs were played. Lisa (the funeral director) promptly ended the service before these two songs were played, I said "there's two more songs" from the front row and she snapped back she knew (obviously she didn't). Terrible customer service from Mike Johnson from the very beginning! Thought we HAD to use them because mausoleum was pre-bought. Turns out you are NOT limited to this funeral home just because the property adjoins the Garden of Memories cemetery. My advice is to use any another funeral home but this one! Too many obstacles and all are not overcome. The CD was lost prior to the service and found afterwards. The music they substituted for the missing CD wasn't coming thru the speakers near the casket or family and sounded as ... read more

The funeral director Mike Johnson hires people to do services for him and don't pay what he owes. So my question is why should people pay him for what they owe him?
