The property manager Jordan and maintenance person Alfonso have always been friendly and professional. And the office and Nath has always accommodated the few requests I’ve had. I’ll be keeping my eyes on a Nath managed property if I ever need an apartment to rent in the area/region.

The leasing office has terrible communication skills and takes weeks to reply on email. Every time I walked to the leasing office Andrew was never there. I wouldn’t recommend living here because all of the apartments are super outdated. You can easily tell that they paint over holes. There’s roaches and they don’t do a good job with spraying. No matter how many sprays they will always appear. And spiders are a real problem here ! Do yourself a favor and don’t live here and spend ur money elsewhere. I got scammed out of my de... read more
