One of the best apartments in the area. Lived here for almost 3 years at two different times. Found it to be really cozy and convenient. Only reason we moved is because we bought a house. You are located next to the 22 FWY which for us was super convenient. It can get a little noisy but I enjoyed it almost as like some kind of white noise. I loved my time living here - 2 years total from 2024-2026. From the moment I was first touring the complex to the day I moved out, the property manager (Jordan) was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful with anything I needed. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and I never had any issues in the years I was a tenant. I lived at this apartment complex for one full year, and it was one of the most uncomfortable living situations I’ve experienced. The biggest issue by far was an overly loud, intrusive, and unprofessional maintenance worker, Alfonso, who regularly loiters in the common areas near the pool and speaks at an extremely high volume for long periods of time. The property manager Jordan and maintenance person Alfonso have always been friendly and professional. And the office and Nath has always accommodated the few requests I’ve had. I’ll be keeping my eyes on a Nath managed property if I ever need an apartment to rent in the area/region.
