Maintenanace Is Amazing! – I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half, and ever since Levi and Jake, the maintenance guys came onto property, everything has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Both are very handsome fellows, very personable, and they always fix everything in an efficient, highly accurate manner! I never have to call back, everything works right the first time. garden terrace is a nasty place with nasty management. – This place is a big scam, they claim to have changed management managment but the same people sit in the office. Im pretty sure all they did was change their name due to non payment of bills and taxes(I have proof). They also charge residents for electric and gas on top of their regular bills through a company by the name of rockcreek utilities.There's a couple of problems,residents shouldn't pay for usage in common areas that's the managements responsibility and secon... read more

worst managment ever!! – I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!! Not until there is new managment at least. I lived here for over a year now and used to love it... The worst, noisiest neighbors ever moved in next to me and it was all downhill from there. For the last SIX months managment has done NOTHING about it. The managment is so LAZY and don't care about their tenants AT ALL!! It's sad that I am having to find a new place to live now. SHAME ON YOU GARDEN TERRACE!!
