Just had a great visit for an unfortunate reason. My pup was having blood in her urine. So I stopped in to get her checked out. All the staff was super friendly and caring. No bad attitudes just people who care about making your pet feel better. I don't remember there names (shame on me) but they all deserve the praise. I was in and out with a treatment plan in less than 30 minutes. Granted I probably went during non-peak hours but either way I didn't feel like there was much if any aimless waiting. Ace says thank you for stopping his vomiting and diarrhea. Great service and welcoming employees. Quick in and out. Finally something close that's open 7 days a week with late hours.
We had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made us feel right at ease. They got us in quickly and took such good care of our dog without any stress. The whole office is super clean and comfortable. You can really tell they love what they do and care about both pets and their people.
I wish I could leave more stars! Every employee here is absolutely amazing. The care and hospitality we have always received here, you do not find at many places! I highly recommend their services. I find peace knowing I have a great place to bring my pets when needed. Thank you so much for caring for my dog.
Rushed my dog here due to possible heat stroke, the nurses ran out with a stretcher immediately tending to his needs and getting him the immediate care he needed. Although we did have to drive to the Woodbridge location because he had to be hospitalized over night I am very happy with the care he received in a very timely manner. Everyone was very nice, friendly and showed much concern for my poor baby. Thank you so much for saving his life
