Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! Dr. Jen has been treating me and my entire family for many years, and we wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to listen to any concerns. I work in an industry that constantly overworks my back, and every time I see Dr. Jen, she gets me back to feeling mobile and pain-free. She not only treats the issue but also shares helpful stretches I can do at home to maintain flexibility and reduce stiffness. Highly recommend!
I've had wonderful experiences at Garden State Spinal Care. Dr Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and treatment is always customized to my specific needs. She does not take a cookie cutter approach to treating my various ailments. She also provides helpful and personalized recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. The staff (Cassandra and Denise) are also amazing—so kind, professional, and always ready to help. I started seeing Dr. Jen back in 2019 because I was suffering from sever round ligament pain during pregnancy. I wasn't eating or sleeping because the pain was so intense and my OB at the time would just prescribe me pain pills that were not very effective. I had never been to a chiropractor before but after experiencing a few weeks of intense neck pain, I made an appointment with Dr. Jen who had been highly recommended by two friends. Best decision ever! The office staff and Dr. Jen are lovely and after 2 visits my neck pain was gone! More recently I took a bad fall off my bike and I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Jen's expertise in helping me to recuperate.
