If I can give a zero star review I would. Decided to come in today to ask for a program the Garden State Medical Group offers on the website and the so called “receptionist” had no clue what I was talking about and didn’t even know the services her job offers.
UPDATE ᠁ her name is Pamela Deandrea I hope this is the right area, I checked with a picture on the inside and this is definitely the place, but I want it noted that it my experience was ONLY with this woman, I’ve heard nothing bad about the other doctors. The doctors are not too bad but one of the receptionist should look for something else to do for a living. No sense of what patient attention is, bad manners seems to be her way to talk. Definitely, the first impression makes you want to go away!
I would have given zero start. Worst Medical service ever, no one even bothers to attend the call, being trying to get some one on call all day long and it is not even a public holiday. Better find some other Medical group which takes their patients health seriously.
The services that I receive from Garden state group is excellent. Dr. Shah and the staff are friendly and ensure that. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
