RecommendedI have been going to this office for years and have had great experiences every time! I have seen the owners of the practice and they’re nice and personable. I don’t typically wait that long for my exam and the staff has been helpful when I’ve needed additional medical evaluations. They have helped me with questions to verify with my insurance to make sure I knew my benefits. I also find the prices to be fair and what I’d expect at an eye exam. Keep up the good work!
Stay Far away from this place. They yes you to death and then hit you with a bill. So I went for my first eye exam here and it was a pretty decent experience. Upon getting my eyes checked the doctor Explained That I may need some other exams done and not to worry that it would be covered through my Insurance. So I set an appointment to come back. BE AWARE. Staff have NO IDEA what is covered and what is not with your insurance. If you opt for a picture of the back of your eye versus dilation, it is a medical procedure and you will pay out of pocket even though they assure you that it is not.
I have to shout Garden State Eye Group & Lenscrafters in Wayne. I had a phenomenal experience in there today, from the eye exam all the way to picking up my glasses, they did a great job. Every person I interacted with knew my name, greeted me, helped me pick out frames and gave their honest opinion. Also, Dr. Harshil Patel might be my new favorite doctor.
