Unglaublich langsamer Service, obwohl an Thanksgiving überhaupt nichts los war! Und dann buchen die noch zu viel von meiner Kreditkarte ab� und nicht nur bei mir!!!! Horribly slow service, they charged to much on my credit card!!!
I waited for 15 minutes to get a menu. Finally the waitress came up, didn't give me a menu and just complained that'll be easier for her if I sat at another table.
Now in Terminal "B". Service was extremely slow. They said they were having fryer problems. Meatballs were burnt in the meatball parm sandwich. Very expensive. Our party had 4 adults and 2 children and they added 17% gratuity on our bill. Food court would have been better choice.

Excellent , superb service and lovely food .
Dirty bar, at least an inch of dust on the register and lightning fixtures.
Horrible service! Over a half hour to tell us they didn't have what we ordered. We walked out! You may miss your flight as the service is very slow! So sad for an airport restaurant.
This is the place to stop if you have a layover in Newark.
