Maylin and Ashley are always so friendly and accommodating anytime I have a question or concern, and maintenance is always so helpful and timely whenever I submit a work request. The indoor pool is a bonus since the Seattle weather is so up and down. Thanks Garden Pointe Team!
I’ve had such a positive experience with the new management at Garden Pointe Apartments that I felt compelled to share. From the moment May Lin and Ashley stepped in, the entire atmosphere has noticeably improved. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive something that really stands out. I have upgraded from one bedrooms to 2 bedrooms and I love this place but I wish that they can help you more quicker with issues
Cons that if you leave anything on your porch it will probably get stolen. Also they need more parking desperately. It would be nice if they fixed the pool. Spacious apartments love the layout.
I now am updating again, after being at Garden pointe for 16 years, I can finally say they have great staff in the office. Very patient and kind They both deserve a raise.. all these years I felt I was surviving here to be honest now it finally feels like I am living here ... since the recent staff in office started my anxiety has gone way done and Daniel is great too .. he does awesome work our maintenance guy Daniel is great also deserves a raise.
