Yesterday, 6/16 at around 9 PM I was walking up to my mother in law's apartment for a visit. I could hear girls in front of the C apartments talking loudly over the phone, shouting/arguing at each other and stuff (I mind my business because thats who I am and you should treat people the way you want to be treated). When I walked past them, one of these Black girls (one wearing a bright pink bonnet and the other all black) loudly said "I bet she doesn't even speak English," and laughing. This place is incredible. The apartments are great. The facilities and the grounds are incredibly well-maintained. Definitely the best in the neighborhood. You can really tell that the people maintaining it and working there really care about the overall experience. Nedzmina it is by far and undoubtably the single best/community manager will ever deal with she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. The assistant manager is so kind, professional, and helpful! The property is quite nice, and the inside of these apartments is also very nice! The maintenance supervisor is talented!! He completes work orders quickly and efficiently and the remodeled units are beautiful. Recommend living here!
It's some seriously BAD reviews on here! Especially, in the last 3 months! 🤯 THANK YOU for leaving honest reviews & letting me know where NOT to even look further! This is why I ALWAYS read the reviews! I'm not expecting everyone to be happy BUT even the good reviews mentioned some of the same bad behavior! Nothing worse than bad staff, upkeep & some seriously SUS behavior with the towing situation! 🤨🧐
