Their costs continued to rise while my Mom lived there. Care never changed. They use pictures of my Mom on their website & here. That was never agreed upon. Both managers that were there when she lived there were/are the worst. All either of them cared/care about is a paycheck. I tried for over a month to get Mom a pedicure & toenails cut.
