I went there to see my grandpa and found a bunch of hair in my food and you guys treat my grandpa like garbage. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's trash
This place is a piece of shit. I'm so pissed how they treat employees and people stating there. Their food is disgusting and is not sanitary at all. Fucking gross. I hate this place.
Probably the worst place ever .. I was working there for 3 months And the people working there treated the residents like garbage, they would always eat their food .. And the back freezers were disgusting .. I would never recommend anyone living there .. This is my own opinion and I am entitled to it .. And for the workers there watch out because they will back stab you and get you in trouble for bullshit reasons . And a lot of the staff are all drug addicts anyways ..

I've worked at garden plaza for a little over two years and I must say, I absolutely love my job. I started as a server and the residents quickly tugged at my heart strings with their stories, kind words, and their personalities. When I switched to reception every one of the residents supported me and helped me, The residents became like my family who wanted the best for me, along with my coworkers. It was ok but most management isnt great like it used to be. There was some good things and some bad things happening but this place lost all it's good people to management. I would go back in a heart beat for the residents but nothing else. I worked there 4.5 years and wasnt making a whole lot and also got most blame on me or I was in charge of everything which wasnt fair for my pay and job title.
I am a resident at Garden Plaza Assisted Living in Post Falls. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I feel there is no comparison to any other like facilities in the community. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. I would recommend Garden Plaza to anyone who is in need of this type of service.
