The marketing director made promises to my mother, a type 1 diabetic, that they did not keep. They forced my mom to move out after 30 days, (after only being there for 3 months) and didn't treat her or us with empathy or concern. The director Rita treated us without empathy or care. They didn't make decisions based on valid medical opinions or consultation. they are cheaping the resident of a goid meal they use left overs from the cheif to reuse old foid to make a meal for all rhe money they spend to life there.i feel so sorry for the resident i quit.
