Although the facility is beautiful, it leaves a lot to be desired for the way things are run here. Staff is fired here on a very regular basis, and has been since the beginning. As long as the resident is in perfect health, it's great! Most seniors, however, are not and need an extra eye or two kept on them. This is not done here.
