I lived here 2 years and DO NOT recommend! Especially if you have children. The apartment itself is dark and dingy. Low level appliances and necessities, and NO PRIVACY. I couldn’t open my curtains because everyone looked into my windows. My elderly neighbor calls the cops on everyone for invalid reasons. 4 different people I’m aware of. The back security fence gets jumped over at 3am to pound on my other neighbors windows. Same thing at his front door at 4 am at least 3x’s a week. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They charged me an additional $69 for a late move out when I moved out on time and sent an email for proof. I have continually reached out to the building manager, and she will not respond at all. Bad neighborhood, very small apartment, gets extremely hot and there is no thermostat control, would not recommend.
