Stay away from this place – extremely understaffed and inattentive to the residents. They wheel residents into their rooms or the cafeteria and leave them unattended for 30 or more minutes. One evening, the lady next to my relative was left in her chair next to her bed for over 30 minutes. She tried to get out of her chair by herself and almost fell. Get a different place I really woudn't recommend this place if you want to put an old folk here. Unfortunately, if your relative has a trach then this is the only licensed place in garden grove. There isn't enough staff members to house this place so if you have no other choice, keep watch of your loved one. And hold your nose, the smell is awful.
