I lived here for nine months & it has completely flooded my apartment three times. I've called the emergency maintenance line and they never came out to the next day. they never do any kind of mold control when my apartment does flood & because they don't come out till the next day the water normally gets soaked up by the walls and concrete and my thing. You have kids breaking into cars all the time and the manager is the only one dumb enough to stay here for anything over 1 year yet alone 10
GARDEN PARK IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE GREAT IT IS A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE WITH YOUR CHILDREN. ITS GATED AND THEY HAVE MONITORS AT NIGHT THEY ASK THAT EVERYBODY BE IN AFTER 1O:00PM THERE IS NO CRIME AT GARDEN PARK. THEY HAVE A BIG PARK IN FRONT ITS JUST GREAT. GREAT PRICES TOO!!! WOULD recommend FOR SURE
things to know about Garden park 1. staff is unprofessional ...when got into dispute over lease terms instead of pointing it out in lease they started harassing me and my family. 2. maintenance has their hands tied on getting new parts ... they repaired my toilet with parts from another apartment that did not even fix my toilet ..stairwell lights take months to get replaced and security lights are about half don't work .. 3 they will tell you clean areas ... that the lease says is their responsibility 4 you will not be able ... read more
I am a neighbor of the "man" who wrote the last post. I am sure they do want him to leave. We all do. We are all clean people and he is a slob. He is lying about break ins and hit and runs. Check the free online police reports. In fact the only time I have seen police recently is when they have had to come to his house with CPS. As far as the office staff being unfair I believe they treat everyone equally and as they deserve. Garden Park Apartments is a supurb place in which to live. I have lived in this complex for almost 10 years. GardenPark Apartments are in close proximity to several prestigous churches as well as to state recognized pre-school and elementary schools. The GardenPark staff is professional, courteous and friendly at all times. The manager very hands-on with all tennants and knows us and our children by name.
