Not Garden of Eden - but Noelle's Spa. Waitied 45 minutes for my appointment, told she was running late. She finally answered the door - she was napping! Unvelievable. She looked like she just woke up. I feel like I dodge a bullet NOT having her do my lashes - go to someone with a better reputation.
