I have used Garden Of Eden florist for 17 years. They are always very friendly, prompt and have pulled me out of a bind multiple times. Everything they have done for me is always beautiful and well worth the money paid. I was so saddened to see these reviews as I would never think of using another florist. Once again here is a prime example that you can not please everyone and people seem to only post negative comments instead of positive.

We did not receive the basket that my mother-in-law ordered for us from her home in Binghamton, NY. The local florist, Garden of Eden Florist, 609 Winchester Rd. NE., Huntsville, AL 35811 refuses to deliver. They tried to deliver when we were on vacation and left the item with our neighbor who was unaware we were on vacation. Our neighbor returned the item to Garden of Eden Florist after a few days. Now Eden Florist refuses to deliver the item and would not provide us with an order number. TERRIBLE Wedding Florist. Unprofessional and out of touch. I set up an appointment weeks in advance to discuss wedding flowers. When I got there I had to wait for the owner to finish her tanning session! Then, when I asked to see pictures of recent weddings, the most recent one they had was over 10 years old. Additionally, they have never even VISITED the Huntsville Botanical Garden (where my wedding was to take place). I dont know about you, but when you spend good money to have flowers delivered to a loved one on their birthday and they dont show up, you get very upset. I ordered flowers from Garden of Eden Florist and asked that they be delivered since I am many states away. The flowers never showed up and I never received a phone call. Unacceptable!!!
