The Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. When the flowers were finally delivered, it was a clear vase filled with small flowers that looked like they were left overs from a busy day, scopped up and stuffed in a vase. Some of the daisies were crushed and all of the flowers had short stems. The arrangement, including vase, was 13.5 inches. My daughter, who ordered the flowers, was very upset about the flowers. She took photos and called USAA florist line to report the poor service.

My husband gifted me flowers from here for our anniversary. Arriving a day before our anniversary was such a beautiful surprise & they’ve lasted over 12 days! Not only have they lasted longer than most flowers but the arrangement beyond gorgeous! It’s evident that it was put together with much love and care 🤍
