Beware this is business is a scammer. If you order online through their website the charge comes through from Florists Transworld Delivery - the flowers never got delivered and when I called the number indicated on the charge it was a foreign lady that said she can’t assist I have to contact florist directly. Florist doesn’t answer phone or email - do not purchase here.
Do not order from this place! I received confirmation of my order with a delivery for the following day and had no further communication. Had to call back to back 2 days in a row and still have not received confirmation of my refund. Very unprofessional.
I ordered from here through a "ghost kitchen"(ghost florist) so that I could send a beautiful white bouquet to my grandma in commemoration of the 1 yr anniversary of my Uncle's death. They sent me a dollar store bouquet 2 seconds from dying. Then, when DoorDash sent another driver to replace the bouquet, they refused to send the correct bouquet because they had already sent the first, wrong bouquet, half way dead with dirty water. After 3 very nice orders in the past few months, I just knew I would be happy this time. I ordered an arrangement with succulents. I got something else. The order I did receive was not anything near the quality it should have been. A $160 ($200 with delivery and taxes) arrangement should have a WOW factor. This was closer to a blah. Flowers were not arranged well and it was not as full as one would hope. I could have gotten something from HEB for much less and nicer. I may do that next time rather than waste my money.
