I used to love this place when I lived in Lindale. Decided to go on Sunday with my mom and absolutely horrible!! The pedicure looks like a 3 yr old painted my toes, he cut down to my skin where some toes couldn't even be fully painted, and I thought my full set of dip was good (even though she worried me after how she cut my real nails). But, 4 days later and 3 nails have already popped off. VERYYY DISAPPOINTED and will not be back. My mom has grown to not like this place and I talked her into it. Money wasted!!
Never had a bad experience yet after a few years of being a customer! Nails and toes always look great and I receive many compliments on them as well.
Bad experience!! Used Ken, did not use antifungal, tore up my fingers and now I have a bump swelling up at the base of my nail. Never had that happen before. Typically do not complain. This was bad. Management did not care. Unsanitary... would never go back!!

I have heard a number of ppl complain about one nail guy. It happened to a dear friend of mine yesterday and I am appalled and will never go back there. That behavior from an employee should never be tolerated and then speak Vietnamese all the while knowing they were talking about her. Shame on you!!!!
