Lovely hotel with a lot of roses and citrus trees. Room is spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay in this hotel if going back to Fresno.
A very bad experience. When we entered room 112, it was immediately VERY hot. The heater showed 80F, and the door to our only room was open. This means management was aware of the problem. The temperature felt higher than 80F. There is a notice above the heater: Do not set the temperature below 69 or above 80. This is December. We opened all the windows and doors, set the minimum temperature, but the heater continued to work. The heater in our room is broken. The temperature does not drop below 77-80.
