A very bad experience. When we entered room 112, it was immediately VERY hot. The heater showed 80F, and the door to our only room was open. This means management was aware of the problem. The temperature felt higher than 80F. There is a notice above the heater: Do not set the temperature below 69 or above 80. This is December. We live locally but was getting our roof replaced and needed to find a quiet place for our cat. Henry worked with us and was super nice and professional. The hotel is older but fairly well maintained. The grounds were lovely with a lot of fruit trees. I would highly recommend staying here.

We lost 3 hours and had to change rooms due to a temperature control issue. Pros: Close to the highway, good value for price, room size, pool, and charming fruit trees. Cons: No air conditioning, highway noise, non-functional spa, and unsuitable area for walking.
What a wonderful place to stay in Fresno! Beautiful grounds, huge rooms, friendly staff, and great price!
