Edit: after everything is said and done. We are giving this place 1 stars. It was 5 stars when we started because they want to get you in. The fireplace didn't work. They said they would fix it in a year which is illegal. A few months after we moved in they leased our immediate downstairs neighbors to some lowlifes from Florida. When I went to talk to the manager face to face she told me, "if you only knew the reasons why"..... what? They smoked cigarettes inside the apartment unit. Working with the managers here is really great. Both of them are very understanding and caring. They also answered all of my questions promptly and without hesitation. There is ample parking, no assigned spots but each unit is allowed 3 vehicles which is definitely a plus. I was not able to see the place because the tenant is still residing there but it looks spacious and they are replacing the carpet before we arrive. There is no pet rent, there is no deposit, there is no first and last due at signing. Just pay your prorate... read more

This place was absolutely awful!! The manager is snoopy, controlling and made it miserable. Until she's gone, it won't be worth living in.
