Top notch customer service! Have interacted with several owners/ managers. All have quick responses. Love them.
Had a space for over 3 years .was great pre pandemic .very nice gentleman running the office .then a person driving a Tesla. Took over .turned the pleasant experience upside down .
Things were going okay until we have notice we we’re moving our RV. We moved out and the very next month they not only charged the months rent but they charged $500. Our rent was 250 a month. And we were on auto pay. I reached out to them on Friday 4/1/2022 and I still don’t have my money back!! I’ve called and left 2 messages since and I have not gotten a callback. Very unprofessional.
