UPDATE (Jan 28): Following my initial review, the dealership contacted me on January 27th. They offered to provide free service in exchange for the removal of this review. I have declined that offer as I believe it is more important for other customers to be aware of my actual experience here. I was at this dealership today and had a completely unacceptable experience. I was at this dealership today and had a completely unacceptable experience. I was charged $200 for a diagnostic that a $20 Amazon OBD scanner could have done in minutes. The technician was incredibly incompetent and seemed to have no real knowledge of the vehicle. Every time I asked a question, I was met with the same repetitive line: "We scanned the codes and provided the estimate." Tuve una excelente experiencia comprando mi Nissan Pathfinder en Nissan Gardena. El equipo fue muy amable y profesional durante todo el proceso.
