They make you wait 2 hours for a oil change, despite having an appointment and even coming 15 mins early. On top of that they don’t offer the car wash after your service they used to do. Oh and nobody knows who has what keys.
I wanted to buy out a car I’ve had for 18 months under a company after the lease ended.
