Never had an issue with nissan from garden grove till now , was going over the contract and noticed my downpayment of 10k that i had given towards my new car was used for negative equity, even tho we had agreed they were taking over my previous car was going to owe $0 on the car i was returning , when i went over the contract i noticed they used my down payment of 10k for the negative equity.
