The shop is very unassuming, but plenty of sample to choose from for flooring (carpet, laminate, wood, etc.). Staff is friendly, non-pressuring, and informative. I was able to schedule installers not too far out and then easily able to reschedule when I wasn't ready for the install. When the installers came they were friendly and careful. They did exceptional work. They didn't knick any walls or mar any floor boards, and finished the work in a few hours.
Great Carpet, great prices....going back tomorrow.
These have to be the nicest people I have ever worked with. I bought my wood floors from them about 5 years ago that I love. The installer was amazing. So when I needed new carpet I first looked around and then went back to Garden Gate. I saved over $1,000 and my carpets are better than what I would have bought at another place. I am a loyal customer for Life! I would Highly recommend Garden Gate for all your flooring needs!
Unfortunately, I had the absolute worst experience here! I had to re-order my carpet three times, fight to keep my install date, was told incorrect pricing, and the installers were 8 hours late. I will not be back when we carpet our basement. The pricing is good but definitely not worth dealing with the nonsense. I hope that they will get better as the years go on
Nothing but good to say for Brad and his staff! They are always helpful and the prices are unbeatable!
Um.... Freaking awesome prices on carpet. We had nothing but kindness from all we have met with Garden Gate (sup Manda). :) We love to support Local Mom and Pop businesses as well. Glad we were told about them from a friend. Price shop before you go and you will see.
