I do not recommend this business. They left trash behind. When I called the owner he claimed there was an extra charge for clean up. (He was in our house to give a quote and he never said there was extra charges for that). Also, they put a hole in the wall.
Most recently finished our basement and love, love our carpet and the job the guys did from Garden Gate! Carpeted and and did our Bathroom floors seven years ago as well. Wish they we had a choice to have them do our Kitchen Floor in the beginning. Gong back to see what options we have to replace our kitchen floor soon!
I've used them a few times - great wholesaler. Don't expect a typical retail hand holding environment like at a big box store. He does the best he can but he's busy. They are a wholesaler who also sells to the public, so they make very little per square yard. As long as you understand that their installers are probably subcontracted and not technically employees, then you will have a great experience with this company and get better deals than anywhere else. Best Carpet value in Utah
Love this wholesaler! I use their flooring for my rental condos. This place carries some of the highest quality vinyl plank flooring in the SLC area and at the lowest prices. They also have an acceptable selection of carpeting. Keep in mind this is a wholesale flooring store, they don't provide installers. They can only provide names of contractors that purchase from them regularly. Hire your own installer.
I have had Garden Gate install several areas of carpet over the last 10 years. There prices are always better than any competitor's and the quality is outstanding. They are not pushy and do not oversell but helped us pick out exactly to carpet and pad we were looking for. The installers have always been great and have been careful. We have never had a problem working with Garden Gate.
