RecommendedIt is a nice place to live in,it is quite during the week,,and not loud on the weekend.the people you see around here are nice ,yes I recommend this place....
We moved in here June 2016. We have zero issues with neighbors, maint, or anything else. As with any apartments, it comes with its issues. They regularly spray for bugs so it helps a lot, plus we keep baits down and rotate regularly. Our unit has a utility package, so we don't have to stress about our light bill, as it's all included :)
Nice quiet apartments to live with a nice pool and the kids playground. It has a cashless laundry room and a soda machine to stay cool, including bottles of water and a Gatorade selection. Did I mention with new management things are being fixed and upgraded!
If I could give these mothafuckas no stars I would. They don't fix shit. I haven't seen the maintenance man in almost 6 moths. On Friday they put a note up stating they will be working on the plumbing. They cut the water off at 7:30 am and the water has not returned yet!!! When called to find out what was going on Peggy said, "it will be on by 8pm so sorry." I called the emergency number you think anybody has returned my call.... Nope!!! Literally the worst apartment I've ever lived in they don't fix anything it took them a year to get us a new oven cause ours wasn't working our ac unit is constantly breaking our water has went from $56 one month to $83 the next month and when I went and asked the office about it they said they don't have to show or explain anything it isn't their problem and they can charge us whatever they want they wouldn't give me any information on who manages the apartment complex if I could give this place negative a 100 stars I would
Just do all ppl of Alvin a favor and burn that black mold hell hole to the ground..and some more after that. Worst. Place. Ever. Your better off just burning your money then giving it to the apt. mang. that doesn't even take your living expenses as a responsibility.
