The latest review was a year ago, so here I am writing the most updated review for current and prospective tenants. I’ve been living here for 8 years since 2015. For the last of couple of months, I decided to pay extra $200/month for being on Month-To-Month lease term on top of rent $1,525 (1Bed-1Bath) and utility $125, so that will bring the total of $1,850 every single month. Been staying here for 5 years and the office is never opened, no way t contact anyone if your apartment needs work and the manager is a lier
The staff was very accommodating to my situation. They were happy to give me a short-term lease, and even extended it a few days for me at the last minute. They allowed my 70lb dog to live with me and even gave me more of my deposit back than I expected. I believe they only kept $50 as a cleaning charge, which was well deserved considering the limited time I had to clean the place and move out.
