Garden Cottage Apartments owns and operates Park Somerset, which is a cluster of townhomes off of SE Ramona. This is a review of their staff, management, and tenant screening process. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We had mold in our apartment for months which they refused to fix so. They made us and several other tenants leave because the units were “inhabitable”. They gutted and remodeled the units then took our deposit and charged us for the things that we asked them to fix previously!! There is no parking and no amenities. I've been living here for 2 1/2 years now. It's a quiet complex, has washer and dryer in the units and clean environment. The management really cares about the property, so maintenance gets completed quickly. I enjoy living here.
