I was a resident at Garden Cottage Apartments for 8.5 years. The previous on-site manager was excellent, but since Bianca became the on-site manager, both property conditions and the level of professionalism declined significantly. Garbage was frequently left around the property despite management stating that “daily walks” were being performed, and the issue continued without consistent improvement even after being brought to management’s attention. This apartment complex is great if you want little communication with property management and prefer to keep to yourself. The upgrades at this apartment complex were great and the inside of them is very cute. During my time living at this property, I experienced a deeply concerning incident: someone drilled a hole into my gas tank overnight, leaving an empty water jug underneath my car. My vehicle, less than two years old, was reasonably damaged, leaving me with out of pocket expenses, weeks without my car, and significant safety concerns.
