Such a wonderful community! The staff is kind, hardworking, and quick to resolve any maintenance requests.

I was a resident at Garden Cottage Apartments for 8.5 years. The previous on-site manager was excellent, but since the current on-site manager took over, I noticed a significant decline in both property conditions and professionalism. Garbage was frequently left around the property, and I personally observed management regularly walking past visible trash without addressing it.
