Not a surprise this place has a D- on here. The leasing office at Vineland Gardens has no clue how to run a trustworthy and law-abiding business. I am at the end of my lease and wanting to move out and they are wanting to CHARGE ME for a bedbug inspection that is (by state law) their responsibility, not mine. They are more than welcome to do the inspection, that's their right, but I should not be asked to pay for it. Torrey gardens building... they just decided to close the gym Monday-Thursday 9-11a because they have some athlete named kawhi Leonard working out during that time when he doesn’t even live here. We chose to live here for the amenities and when they start making changes to the hours and availability after your lease states a 24/7 gym.. I think that’s called fraud. The manager (Dan) isn’t friendly and blatantly lied when we asked why the gym was closed... all we had to do was hang out at 9a and see for ourselves why. Elevator... read more

Horrible company. Horrible management. They will enter your apartment when youre away at work or out of town. I have photo evidence of them sabotaging work they do in the apartment that ended up taking them an extra 2 wks occupying the apartment. They don't have a number that you can contact, instead you have to email them which takes weeks for them to reply to and they may never take care of the issue... Much more shady things going on with this company, they should be shut down immediately. With having such a bad score on ... read more
