i live in Woodbridge gardens in toluca lake.the apartment unit space is amazing and the fact that there is a washer/dryer in the unit is a plus. However, dealing with the management makes the extra perks not worth it at all. my unit got flooded twice in 6 mos. the management did not care, nor was helpful in my situation at all. they refuse to cover any expenses that occurred during this incident, they still try to collect rent when in fact i did not live there for a month. i am so glad i did not renew my lease! pls do not mo... read more

I have lived in Costa Verde Village for over 3 years. Recently we have to have a early termination of our current lease due to this pandemic. We thought we can take advantage from early termination forgiveness program. More importantly, we have paid early termination fees with the amount way ahead of our move-out date according to the emails from the property manager. I have lived at the Vintage at Scottsdale for almost 2 years and have now had 2 flooding issues. The first was from my water tank that had a pipe burst and seeped through my master bedroom walls. The complex was in and out of my apartment for a week with a blower to try and dry everything out and the place got filthy. They had someone "wipe" down my apartment afterwards but I don't think that ever happened. The second water issue is where I have my problems. Not a surprise this place has a D- on here. The leasing office at Vineland Gardens has no clue how to run a trustworthy and law-abiding business. I am at the end of my lease and wanting to move out and they are wanting to CHARGE ME for a bedbug inspection that is (by state law) their responsibility, not mine. They are more than welcome to do the inspection, that's their right, but I should not be asked to pay for it. Torrey gardens building... they just decided to close the gym Monday-Thursday 9-11a because they have some athlete named kawhi Leonard working out during that time when he doesn’t even live here. We chose to live here for the amenities and when they start making changes to the hours and availability after your lease states a 24/7 gym.. I think that’s called fraud. The manager (Dan) isn’t friendly and blatantly lied when we asked why the gym was closed... all we had to do was hang out at 9a and see for ourselves why. Elevator... read more

Horrible company. Horrible management. They will enter your apartment when youre away at work or out of town. I have photo evidence of them sabotaging work they do in the apartment that ended up taking them an extra 2 wks occupying the apartment. They don't have a number that you can contact, instead you have to email them which takes weeks for them to reply to and they may never take care of the issue... The staff at Torrey Gardens communities shows no sense of urgency and does not enforce rules. We have lived here for 3 years, on the 4th floor, and for the second time the one elevator to access the building is broken - there has not been a person here to repair it for four days. My husband has had 4 hip surgeries and our neighbor requires a wheelchair. They sent an initial email and promised updates, there has not been one. They do not care about the people that live here.
