i live in Woodbridge gardens in toluca lake.the apartment unit space is amazing and the fact that there is a washer/dryer in the unit is a plus. However, dealing with the management makes the extra perks not worth it at all. my unit got flooded twice in 6 mos. the management did not care, nor was helpful in my situation at all. they refuse to cover any expenses that occurred during this incident, they still try to collect rent when in fact i did not live there for a month. i am so glad i did not renew my lease! pls do not mo... read more

We thought we can take advantage from early termination forgiveness program. More importantly, we have paid early termination fees with the amount way ahead of our move-out date according to the emails from the property manager. I have lived at the Vintage at Scottsdale for almost 2 years and have now had 2 flooding issues. The first was from my water tank that had a pipe burst and seeped through my master bedroom walls. The complex was in and out of my apartment for a week with a blower to try and dry everything out and the place got filthy. They had someone "wipe" down my apartment afterwards but I don't think that ever happened. The second water issue is where I have my problems.
