When we arrived, the floors hadn't been mopped. When we called GCR (Tye answered), they had Pam come and she did a marvelous job. However, there were several things which were wrong with the unitâ??WiFi didn't work because modem was so outdated (the WiFi company had to come out and replace the modem with one that actually was up to date and worked), TV remotes didn't work (wrong ones), and DVD player didn't work. This was a unit which sleeps 6 people and yet only had 1 cookie sheet, 1 6-muffin tin, no colander and no plunger... read more
Norm Clay was absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish his knowledge of the market and current trends assisted us in the sale.
