Daniel discovered the mice ingress in our difficult to access crawl space, that hasn't been found in 20 yrs. although attempted many times. He went above and beyond.

Garden City Pest Control came highly recommended on the Brentwood Bay Facebook Group and deservedly so! Daniel responded immediately to my phonecall and promptly scheduled a Technician (Quentin), as rodents had been noted in the crawlspace. The problem was resolved in extremely short order following Quentin's methodical and meticulous site visit - thanks to his expertise - and I am utterly relieved that I no longer have to worry about the havoc these critters were causing in the basement. Lovely family run business, they were professional and kind- I have a really hard time with killing things and was finding it rather hard that we had to call anyone for help but I’m glad my landlord recommended them. They not only did the job properly but were so friendly and sweet that it really made the experience much easier for me. Would recommend them to everyone!
