I’m sitting in the waiting room still waiting to see the doctor for my 10a.m. appt. It’s NOON. Never again.
This is the place is the WORST! The customer service is horrible and they are terrible slow. The receptionist, Amber, doesn’t answer the phone and was rude. She actually denied someone who had a insurance to be seen and they were in pain. I will never ever recommend or come to this place again!
I have never wrote any review before but today I am very angry at this place!! My husband doesn’t know if he broke his foot or not but was in extreme pain.. this is where his primary care doc is.. I rush him in around 7:55 pm because they close at 9! Got there the front desk lady asked how is his pain he say 9 and all kind of questions just to come out and say the doctor can’t see him because she has to go home!!! What kind of doctor who does not care and told him to go to the ER is his pain is bad!!! ????? Don’t have a sign... read more
