This dealership service department is horrible! My car has been there several times and each time it has to go back since the issue didn’t get resolved in the first place. I dropped off my car again 2 days ago it has yet to be looked by a technician. BE CAREFUL. I had a truly refreshing experience with my salesperson, who was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a deal that worked for me. We agreed on a lease with zero down and a target monthly payment, a straightforward request that he handled with professionalism. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Let me tell you, I had been searching for a new car for 7 weeks until I made a call to Garden City Mazda. Jennifer L. was an AMAZING help. She greeted me with such a warm welcome and made this usually frustrating process, a true breeze.
