Showed up to counter to pick up parts ordered online and 2 gentlemen were just chatting away as I was not there for a few minutes. Yep, as you probably figure I do not have those parts and a waste of time driving there. There is a reason why they have such horrible reviews and wish I knew before. Definitely not.going back and canceling my order !!! This is one of the reasons why Jeep is doing so poorly and it's because of dealers like these.
Service dept refuses to complete a factory recall just because the vehicle was not purchased from this particular dealer. Reported to Chrysler America (FCA). Great way to treat local residents.
Not very happy raising the hourly rates from 145 $ to 185$.
