Very welcoming. Judy at the front desk was very helpful and personable. She is a definite asset and has great customer service skills. Very nice, quiet family oriented place to stay. We will definitely stay there again.
Just simply wonderful. Everything was perfect except the lack of an elevator but that won’t stop me from returning! It’s a hidden gem and I literally can’t wait to come back.

I have family that is currently there & their room is flooded!! There hotel refuses to move them into another room & will not issue a partial refund so they can check out early. DO NOT STAY HERE! They did come up and throw a towel on the floor.
We always enjoy staying here!! Only thing this time was the last day we were here whoever was staying above us had kids running back and forth at all hours of the night and early morning!! Sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling! Next time we'll request the very top floor! 😂😂

Amazing service, wonderful people always ready to lend a hand. we had a great time staying here. highly recommend you stay here. it's straight off the beach has a pool and the rooms are perfect! very clean a great vacation spot!
Worse hotel I have ever seen. Room smelled like smoke, tub was nasty. We were told by one of their workers not to walk out by the pool because it might fall in. We asked for a refund because the room smelled of smoke and my husband has asthma and I have severe allergies. They refused and said the room was fine. They even threatened to call the police on us because we were "disgruntled". They refused to let us talk to the manager on the phone.
